Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 84(5)

Subject to sub-paragraph (7), sub-paragraph (6) applies where— a contract or agreement is entered into by a CCP, and the substantive obligations provided for in the contract or agreement (including payment and delivery obligations and provision of collateral) continue to be performed.
