Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 87(5)

The regulations may make such further provision about independent valuers as the Treasury consider to be appropriate, including (among other things)— provision about appointment and tenure, provision for remuneration of independent valuers and their staff, provision conferring functions on independent valuers (including conferring a discretion), provision specifying principles to be applied by independent valuers to determine the amount of compensation, provision about the procedure to be followed by independent valuers, provision about the liability of independent valuers, and provision about appeals against decisions by independent valuers (including conferring jurisdiction on a court or tribunal).
