Schedule 11, Part 5, paragraph 87(7)

In this paragraph— references to “insolvency” include a reference to— liquidation, administration, receivership, a composition with creditors, and a scheme of arrangement; “relevant person”, in relation to a CCP, means— clearing members of the CCP; creditors of the CCP; shareholders of the CCP; clients within the meaning of Article 2 of EMIR where they have a contractual relationship as principal with the CCP.
