Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 125(5)

For the purposes of this paragraph, a person (“B”) is connected with the person under investigation (“A”) if B is or has at any relevant time been— a member of A’s group; a controller of A; in relation to A, a person mentioned in Part 1 or 2 of Schedule 15 to FSMA 2000 (reading references in those Parts to the authorised person or the person under investigation as references to A).
