Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 127(3)

Sub-paragraph (2) applies to any offence other than one under— paragraph 132, section 398 of FSMA 2000 (misleading FCA or PRA: residual cases), section 5 of the Perjury Act 1911 (false statements made otherwise than on oath), section 44(2) of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 (false statements made otherwise than on oath), or Article 10 of the Perjury (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (false declarations etc).
