Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 129(2)

“Protected items” means— communications between a professional legal adviser and that adviser’s client or any person representing such a client which fall within sub-paragraph (3), communications between a professional legal adviser, that adviser’s client or any person representing such a client and any other person which fall within sub-paragraph (3) (as a result of paragraph (b) of that sub-paragraph), and items which— are enclosed with, or referred to in, such communications, fall within sub-paragraph (3), and are in the possession of a person entitled to be in possession of them.
