Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 132(7)

A person guilty of an offence under sub-paragraph (4), (5) or (6) is liable, on summary conviction— in England and Wales, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or a fine, or both; In Scotland and Northern Ireland, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.
