Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 133(1)

Proceedings for an offence under paragraph 132 may be instituted— in England and Wales, only by the Bank or by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and in Northern Ireland, only by the Bank or by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
