If, on the application of the Bank, the court is satisfied that there is a reasonable likelihood that any person will contravene a relevant requirement, the court may make an order restraining, or in Scotland an interdict prohibiting, the contravention. The jurisdiction conferred by this paragraph is exercisable— in England and Wales, and Northern Ireland, by the High Court, and in Scotland, by the Court of Session. In this paragraph “relevant requirement” has the meaning given in paragraph 122.
