Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 140(4)

Section 392 has effect as if for paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted— a warning notice given under paragraph 138 of Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023; a decision notice given under paragraph 139 of Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023.
