Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 143(11)

In this paragraph— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act); “notice of discontinuance” and “final notice” have the same meaning as in sections 389 and 390 of FSMA 2000 (which are applied (with modifications) by paragraph 140).
