Schedule 11, Part 6, paragraph 143(7)

Subject to sub-paragraph (8), where the Bank gives a final notice— it must, without undue delay, publish details of any sanction to which the notice relates on its website, and it may publish such other information about the matter to which the notice relates as it considers appropriate.
