Schedule 12, Part 2, paragraph 2(4)

On an application under this paragraph the court may— confirm, reverse or modify any act or decision of the manager, give the manager directions, or make such other order as the court thinks appropriate (but may not, under this paragraph, order the manager to pay any compensation).
