Schedule 12, Part 3, paragraph 3(1)

This Part of this Schedule does not apply in relation to— arrangements entered into after the date on which this Part of this Schedule first applied in relation to the insurer; employment tribunal proceedings or any legal process arising out of such proceedings; proceedings, not within paragraph (b), involving a claim between an employer and a worker.
