Schedule 13, Part 1, Part 4, paragraph 11(4)

The persons mentioned in this sub-paragraph are— the FCA; an administrator of the insurer; a provisional liquidator of the insurer; a person appointed to act as the manager of the write-down order by virtue of which the insurer is in financial difficulties for the purposes of this Schedule.
