Schedule 14, paragraph 6(3)

After subsection (2) insert— The activities mentioned in this subsection are— accepting a deposit; making a loan; entering into a conditional sale agreement, as the seller; entering into a hire purchase agreement, as the person from whom goods are bailed or (in Scotland) hired.
