Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph 39

In Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 of 10 October 2014 supplementing Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II), in Article 1 (definitions), in point 18b (meaning of “STS securitisation”)— the words from “a securitisation” to the end become paragraph (a); at the end of that paragraph, insert ; or an STS equivalent non-UK securitisation within the meaning of Article 2(A9) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402;
