Schedule 2ZA, paragraph 3

For the purposes of this Schedule, a “levy year” is— the period of 12 months beginning on such day as the Bank may determine, and each subsequent period of 12 months. The day determined under sub-paragraph (1)(a) may not be before the day on which the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 is passed.
