Schedule 2ZA, paragraph 9

The Bank may, by written notice, require an eligible institution to provide information or documents in connection with the levy. The notice must specify— the information required; the form or manner in which the information must be provided; the time at which, or period within which, the information must be provided; the period to which the information must relate.
