Schedule 6, Part 1, paragraph 12

Section 186 (procedure) is amended as follows. In the opening words of subsection (1) after “system” insert “or a DSA service provider”. After subsection (1)(a) insert— in the case of a recognition order in respect of a DSA service provider, consult the FCA, In subsection (1)(b), after “system” insert “or the DSA service provider (as appropriate)”. In subsection (2)(a), for “the operator of which” substitute “or a DSA service provider, where the operator of the system or the provider”. In subsection (2)(b), after “operator” insert “or provider”. In subsection (3), after “system” insert “or a DSA service provider”.
