Section 187 (de-recognition) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)— the words after “satisfied” become paragraph (a), after that paragraph insert , or that the criteria in section 185A are met in respect of the recognised DSA service provider. After subsection (3)(a) insert— in the case of a recognition order in respect of a DSA service provider, consult the FCA, In subsection (3)(b), after “system” insert “or the recognised DSA service provider (as appropriate)”. In subsection (4)(a), for “the operator of which” substitute “or a DSA service provider, where the operator of the system or the provider”. In subsection (4)(b), after “operator” insert “or provider”. In subsection (5), after “system” insert “, or by a recognised DSA service provider”.
