Schedule 6, Part 1, paragraph 15

Section 188 (principles) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— the words after “publish” to the second “systems” become paragraph (a); after that paragraph insert , principles to which recognised DSA service providers are to have regard in the provision of services to payment systems (whether or not recognised), the words after “and” become paragraph (c); at end insert “or to such DSA service providers”.
