Schedule 6, Part 1, paragraph 16

In section 189 (codes of practice)— the words after “about” to the first “systems” become paragraph (a); after that paragraph, insert , the provision of services by DSA service providers in relation to payment systems (whether or not recognised), or omit “and”; the words after “and” become paragraph (c); at end insert “or to such DSA service providers”.
