Schedule 6, Part 1, paragraph 21

Section 193 (inspection) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— after first “system” insert “, a recognised DSA service provider”; after second “system” insert “or such a DSA service provider”. In the opening words of subsection (2)— after first “system” insert “, or a recognised DSA service provider”; after second “system” insert “or such a DSA service provider”.
