Section 202A (injunctions) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)— in paragraph (a)— after first “system” insert “, a recognised DSA service provider,”; after second “system” insert “or such a DSA service provider”; in the words following paragraph (b), after “operator” insert “, DSA service provider”. In subsection (3)— in paragraph (a)— after first “system” insert “, a recognised DSA service provider,”; after second “system” insert “or such a DSA service provider”; in the words following paragraph (b), after “operator” insert “, DSA service provider,”.
