Schedule 8, Part 1, Part 8B, paragraph 131Q(2)

The Treasury may only make a request under this section for a report that they reasonably require in connection with— the preparation of a cash access policy statement (see section 131P), or a decision whether or not to designate a person for the purposes of this Part (see section 131R).
