Schedule 8, Part 1, Part 8B, paragraph 131Z

For the purposes of enforcing a requirement imposed by or under this Part, Part 14 (disciplinary measures) applies as if— any reference to an authorised person includes a person designated for the purposes of this Part (whether or not that person is an authorised person), and section 206A (suspending permission to carry on regulated activities etc) were omitted.
