Schedule 9, Part 1, Part 5A, paragraph 206R

In this Part “compliance failure” means a failure by a recognised person to— comply with a code of practice under section 206L, comply with a direction under section 206M, or ensure compliance with a requirement under section 206Q (independent reports).
