Section 312O(4)

The notice under subsection (1) must— give details of the direction, state the relevant regulator’s reasons for the direction and for its determination as to when the direction takes effect, inform the relevant critical third party that it may make representations to the regulator within such period as may be specified in the notice (whether or not the critical third party has referred the matter to the Tribunal), and inform the relevant critical third party of its right to refer the matter to the Tribunal (including giving an indication of the procedure on such a reference).
