Section 4(7)

The power conferred by virtue of subsection (1) to restate legislation does not include power to restate— technical standards of the kind mentioned in section 138P(2)(a) of FSMA 2000, or EU tertiary legislation of the kind mentioned in section 138P(2)(b) of FSMA 2000.
