Section 66(3)

In section 428 (regulations and orders)— in subsection (3) before paragraph (a) insert— make provision by reference to any rules or other instruments as they have effect from time to time; after subsection (3) insert— In subsection (3)(za) “rules” includes rules made by the Bank of England under this Act.
