Section 86(1)

The following come into force on the day on which this Act is passed— this Part; Part 5 of Schedule 2, and section 2 so far as relating to that Part; section 20(3), so far as conferring a power to make regulations; section 24; section 56 and Schedule 10, so far as conferring power to make regulations; section 77; section 78.
