Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 20

A contract for the provision by an organisation or association not run for profit of one or more of the following services— services relating to the promotion of fire safety; fire extinguishing services; services for the protection of life and property in the event of fires; search and rescue services; civil defence services; nuclear safety services; ambulance services provided in respect of medical emergencies.
