Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 24

A contract awarded under a procedure— adopted by an international organisation of which the United Kingdom is a member, and that is inconsistent in any material respect with the procedure for the award of the contract in accordance with this Act. But this paragraph does not apply to a defence and security contract (as to which, see paragraph 29).
