Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 8

A contract— for the acquisition, by whatever means, of land, buildings or any other complete work, or of an interest in or right over any of them, or which concerns an interest in or right over any of them. In this paragraph “complete work” has the meaning given in Schedule 1.
