Schedule 4, Part 1, paragraph 7

In this Part of this Schedule— “specified activity” means an activity specified in paragraph 1(1), 2(1), 3(1) or 4; “supply” includes— production, but not the production of gas in the form of extraction (as to which, see paragraph 6), and generation and wholesale or retail sale.
