An offence under any of the following sections of the Theft Act 1968— sections 1 to 13 (theft, robbery, burglary, etc); sections 17 to 21 (fraud and blackmail); sections 22 and 23 (offences relating to stolen goods); section 24A (dishonestly retaining a wrongful credit); section 25 (going equipped for stealing etc).
