Section 119

The enactments set out in Schedule 11 are repealed or revoked. The following regulations apply only in relation to devolved Scottish authorities— the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (S.S.I. 2015/446); the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (S.S.I. 2016/49); the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (S.S.I. 2016/65).
