Regulations of the Scottish Ministers under any of the following provisions are subject to the affirmative procedure (see section 29 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010)— section 83C (provision to be included in relevant outsourcing contracts); section 83F (power to amend section 83A, 83B or 83E); section 90 (treaty state suppliers: non-discrimination); section 92 (trade disputes); section 115 (powers relating to procurement arrangements).
