Section 127(6)

A Minister of the Crown may by regulations make such provision as the Minister considers appropriate for the purpose of ensuring that— Parts 1 to 6 and 8 to 13, or particular provisions in those Parts, so far as not already brought into force under subsection (2) do not regulate procurement by a devolved Welsh authority other than procurement under— a reserved procurement arrangement, or a transferred Northern Ireland procurement arrangement; existing legislation continues to regulate procurement by devolved Welsh authorities and procurement under devolved Welsh procurement arrangements.
