Section 127(8)

In this section— “existing legislation” means any enactment, other than this Act or regulations made under this Act, that is passed or made before section 11 (covered procurement only in accordance with this Act) comes into force; a reference to a provision regulating procurement includes a reference to a provision conferring a function exercisable in relation to procurement.
