Section 61(3)

A Minister of the Crown who has conducted, or considered the findings of, an investigation must— prepare a report in relation to the findings of the investigation, give a copy to the supplier concerned as soon as reasonably practicable after the report is prepared, and publish it. Paragraphs (b) and (c) are subject to subsection (5).
