Section 62(1)

Subsection (3) applies where a Minister of the Crown— has conducted an investigation under section 60 or considered the findings of such an investigation conducted by the Welsh Ministers or a Northern Ireland department, and is satisfied that the supplier is, by virtue of the application of a relevant exclusion ground, an excluded or excludable supplier.
