Section 97

An appropriate authority may by regulations make provision requiring certain information to be shared in a particular way, including through a specified online system. Regulations under subsection (1) may require a contracting authority to— share information in a particular way, or take steps to ensure that suppliers participating in a procurement share information in a particular way. In this section, “information” means information shared under, or for a purpose relating to, this Act.
