In this Schedule— “cryptoasset” means a cryptographically secured digital representation of value or contractual rights that uses a form of distributed ledger technology and can be transferred, stored or traded electronically; “crypto wallet” means— which is used to store the cryptographic private key that allows cryptoassets to be accessed; software, hardware, a physical item, or any combination of the things mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c), “terrorist cryptoasset” means a cryptoasset which— is within subsection (1)(a) or (b) of section 1, or is earmarked as terrorist property.
