Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(2)

The amount of the payment is (subject to sub-paragraph (3)) to be the amount which the persons referred to in sub-paragraph (1)(b) agree represents— in a case where this paragraph applies by virtue of paragraph 10Z7CC(1), the value of the forfeitable property; in a case where this paragraph applies by virtue of paragraph 10Z7CC(2), the value of the forfeitable property less the value of the excepted joint owner’s share.
