Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(5)

Where an authorised officer is satisfied that— the authorised officer may destroy the cryptoasset. it is not reasonably practicable to realise any cryptoasset, or there are reasonable grounds to believe that the realisation of any cryptoasset would be contrary to the public interest,
