Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(8)

The relevant court may make an order under sub-paragraph (3) only if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the converted cryptoassets to be further detained— are within subsection (1)(a) or (b) of section 1, or are property earmarked as terrorist property.
