Schedule 10, Part 1, paragraph 2(8)

Condition 1 is that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the cryptoassets are intended to be used for the purposes of terrorism and that either— their continued detention is justified while their intended use is further investigated or consideration is given to bringing (in the United Kingdom or elsewhere) proceedings against any person for an offence with which the cryptoassets are connected, or proceedings against any person for an offence with which the cryptoassets are connected have been started and have not been concluded.
