Schedule 10, Part 2, paragraph 8

In section 123 (orders and regulations), after subsection (6ZE) insert— Regulations under paragraph 6(1AF) of Schedule 6 may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
